Wayne, the firm's founder, recently retired from the every day practice of
law. Although retired, Wayne still finds time to handle a reduced caseload,
and, as always, to provide valuable advice and counsel to all members of our
firm. Wayne practiced in the areas of municipal, civil and construction law.
He served as City Attorney for the City of Fargo from 1968 to 1994. Wayne, a
native of Aneta, North Dakota, graduated from North Dakota State University
in Architectural Engineering in 1957 and in Civil Engineering in 1961. After
graduating from the University of North Dakota School of Law in 1966, he
started a law practice in Fargo.
