ACTION:
Easy Heat Inc. manufactures and sells a radiant heating system that was
designed to be installed in or under floors.
In the late-1990s Easy Heat replaced the essential portion of its in-floor
radiant heating system, the 6-watt cable that is installed in the floor to
produce the heat with a 12-watt cable. In numerous instances the 12-watt cable
fails and stops heating or fails to provide enough heat to adequately warm
the rooms where it has been installed.
