Solberg, Stewart, Miller & Tjon is investigating whether large groups of employees may be entitled to "overtime" pay for working over 40 hours per week.  Many employers are exempt from paying overtime and many categories of employees are not entitled to overtime.  However, employee attorneys have had some success lately in obtaining overtime benefits for groups of employees who were classified by their employers as being in management positions and exempt from overtime requirements, where in fact the employees did not have management responsibilities.
