Employment law is an area
of representation of employees arising from disputes in the workplace. For
instance, this representation includes issues relating to employment
contracts, wage disputes, wrongful discharge, discrimination including on
the basis of age, race, sex, and disability, sexual harassment, Family and
Medical Leave Act matters, and many other state and federal law violations.
Dealing with employment
disputes requires sometimes unique skills providing strategic and tactical
advice even before litigation may be necessary. But, if litigation
becomes necessary, the firm will take the appropriate action as required to
