Municipal Law

Solberg, Stewart, Miller & Tjon has been the City Attorney for the City of Fargo since 1968. As the City Attorney, Solberg, Stewart, Miller & Tjon provides advice and counsel to the City Commission and all City Departments. We act as the criminal prosecutor for the City in the Municipal and District Courts. We also represent the Fargodome Authority and the Fargo Airport Authority.

In 2001 we also began representing the City of Northwood, North Dakota.
