Personal Injury
We represent people that have been seriously injured as the result of
another person’s negligent acts.
Everyone has a duty to act in a reasonable manner so as not to harm others.
When people fail to act reasonably they are negligent. When negligent acts
cause someone to be injured, society holds the negligent person responsible
for the injury and damage that results.
These kinds of cases are referred to collectively as personal injury cases
and are often the result of traffic accidents, boating accidents,
construction accidents, farm accidents, falls, dangerous or defective
products and animal bites.
