Wrongful Death

The death of a family member is heartbreaking. When the death is caused by the careless or negligent conduct of another person or by a dangerous or defective product it is a tragedy.

No amount of money damages will ever replace a family member, but the death of a father, mother or child may create financial burdens for the family from medical expenses, funeral expenses and lost income. Society requires that the person or company responsible for causing a death be responsible for the damages suffered by the surviving family members.
